Here, you can have a chance to contemplate the Pagan high standard craftsmanship through the sophisticated interior of mural paintings, outstanding Buddha images and glazed plaques.

Myingabar Gubyaukgyi temple is chosen to be the second destination. It was built in AD 1113 in the reign of Prince Rajakumar, son of King Kyansit Thar. You can see many gorgeous pictures depicting the daily life of Pagan people painted on the walls.

Finally, a walking tour around Phwar Saw Village is a perfect way to end a busy sightseeing day. This is a small village of more than 500 residents located between New Pagan and Nyaung U airport. It is said that the village was named after a very famous queen of Pagan who had great influence on 3 Kings in the late 13th century. The life of the villagers here depends on pea and bean cultivation, breeding cattles and making small lacquer items.
